Arroyo Seco

The renovation of this house in Santa Cruz respectfully incorporates the original mid-century modern character of the residence. Important existing features are brought back to life, and touches of contemporary design are tastefully incorporated. The centerpiece of the house is a sculptural stair illuminated by a skylight above.
